Update firmware

i see that there are a new firmware 1.20(ABXF.2)C0

But when i login in myzyxel i don't see the model (USG FLEX 100H) and firmware

Where can i download the new firmware?

Hi @Gru_Ma,

The device becomes unreachable if you upgrade USG FLEX H directly from factory default version to 1.20 or later firmware version directly. That's why the official firmware is unavailable on myZyxel.com.

Is the firmware version of your USG FLEX H 1.10 or 1.10 based date firmware? If so, I will send the version 1.20 to you in private message. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You have to download on the FLEX 

starting to think this is a Zyxel move to not let use download a .bin file anymore🤐

Which is a mistake, because I HATE cloud-connected products, which are all a dumb idea in terms of security, especially in a firewall. If I wanted cloud connected crap I would buy Meraki
