New administrator in Nebula, no place to set password, password reset email does not arrive.

Trying to set up a new administrator in Nebula. Welcome email arrives, but the new user does not have a password. Clicked forgot password, and no email is sent (or recieved).

I see them in Nebula, but the Account Status is Unverified. Am I missing a step?

    The account status "Unverified" means the user hasn't registered their account in Nebula yet.

    To resolve this, the new user needs to register their account in Nebula. Once they do, they can use their credentials to log in.
