Why the AP LED flashing green?
The AP LED flashing green every second can be due to two scenarios:
1. Newly Deployed AP with Default Configuration:
The blinking green light indicates that the device is not registered to Nebula but has internet connectivity. This LED behavior occurs when the AP is in its default configuration status before any changes are made.
- The wireless module of the AP is disabled or fails.
- The AP is using default Wi-Fi settings.
- The AP is configured to be managed by NCC but is not yet registered with the NCC.
2. AP with Custom Configuration:
The blinking green light means that the AP wireless function is disabled or has failed. This is often due to a feature being configured that the AP does not support, aside from potential hardware failure.
For more details on feature support, please refer to the feature support matrix.
2. AP running in Limited power mode:
When AP running in Limited power mode, for some AP model design, it will disable the wireless service and LED blinking green.
Please check or replace the power source to guarantee AP running in Full power mode to service.
