GS1920-24 cant boot up, cant restore to factory

Hi, i have a GS1920-24 which start blink sys led when i powered it, during start up all port led is up in red and green then off. After about 1 minute sys led turn off, and nothing work. i tried press and hold reset button at side but nothing happend.

Please try to factory default your switch with the below post first.

I will DM the console port position and the type of console cable to you. Then you can factory default this switch.
