VOIP/SIP Best Practice For Ports
Hi Guys
Can anyone advise best practice for making sure all required ports are open for cloud hosted handsets? Obviously this is not a NAT rule so that leaves using the security policy section for allowing the ports and IP addresses of the service provider.
Really appreciate any feedback as to what others are doing, we are using Callswitch.

Hi @Pook ,
If your SIP server supports the SIP over NAT scenario, please go to Configure > Firewall > Firewall Setting > SIP ALG to enable SIP ALG and implement the configuration.
Note
SIP Signaling Port: If you are using a custom UDP port number (not 5060) for SIP traffic, enter it here.
