What I did:

renewed web_prefix (for MetaRepository)

installed MR, changed to new Mijzelf Repo (zyxel.diskstation.eu/..)

updated apps

installed RandomTools, but not visible.

Downloaded libiconv and unpacked and copied to /i-data/sysvol/.PKG/RandomTools/lib/

did not work, too.

Can somebody help, please and advice?

RandomTools is a collection of commandline tools, and has no webinterface. You can en- or disable them, that's all.

rsync is in RandomTools, but it doesn't have a web interface. If you want to run an rsync client, just login over ssh, and run 'rsync [args]' like always.

For running an rsync daemon you'll have to provide a configuration file, which describes shared directories and credentials.

To get the daemon started on boot you can use the init.d directory in the RandomTools package, which RandomTools uses to 'inject itself', but it will also start custom scripts.
