My Licence Zyxel is Deferred

I buy Gold Security Pack (including Nebula Pro Pack) 2Y. Licence i link to device v Myzyxel portal. Licence is Deferred. Please Help my.

Your Gold Security Pack (GSP) being in deferred status is normal behavior. The reason is that the Nebula Pro Pack and Unified Threat Management (UTM) pack licenses still have 6 days until expiration, with an expiration date of 2024-07-10. You can wait until July 10 when the Nebula Pro and UTM licenses expire; the GSP will be used automatically.

On the other hand, if you need the GSP used now, please let us know, and we can help revoke the Nebula Pro and UTM licenses. This means the remaining 6 days of the Nebula Pro and UTM licenses will no longer be available for use.
