Zyxel lte3316-m604. access-to-sms problem

Hi.

I'm using this router for phone(rj11 cable) and data(rj45 cable) thanks to my 4g sim card with 'volte' option.

The problem is I'm not able to enter in the sms messages.

The manual says(pg 131) to click on configuration → application →sms, but I don't know how to access it. What I found about sms messages: network settings → broadband → cellular sms, but when I click on cellular sms the connection hangs and I have to restart it to get the connection again. I've the last firmware: 2.00(ABMP.5)b4_D0. How can I solve the problem? Thanks!

Looking at the user guide from 2021 downloaded from https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/support/download?model=lte3316-m604 is that Configuration is across the top of the screen, see screenshot below:

If the menu on your LTE3316-M604 device looks different to this, then you might want to update the firmware to V2.00(ABMP.7)C0 available from https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/support/download?model=lte3316-m604
