What an absolute joke of a company that we have to beg on this public forum for a firmware update!

I can provide the serial number to an official Zyxel employee via PM.

This has to be addressed immediately.

The unit with the serial number S220Z37003414 is produced with 3-Sweden's firmware.

Zyxel regularly releases firmwares to 3-Sweden, and 3-Sweden decides firmware release to end users.

I can't directly provide 3-Sweden's firmware to you, but you may contact 3-Sweden's support for firmware request.
