[NEBULA] 5G WIFI is not accessible

Hi community,
I have problems connecting my AP with MacBook Pro, I can see the ssid but could not connect to it. someone can help?
I set my SSID in 5G band, besides that I dont think I've done something wrong.

Hi martinihenry,
I would suggest try to change your 5G channels in the radio settings first see if that helps.
If not, could you check your NAP's country code then check the regulatory of you MacBook see if it does support to operate in that specific country? We have some customers running into the same problem as it could be related.
Check this guide first see if it solves you problems.
