Turn ff SSO and change email address on Zyxel Nebula account

I need to turn off SSO (currently linked account to google). also, how do I change the email address for the account?

hi, I don't need to change the email just stop Google SSO and use a regular email and password… There seems to be no option to reverse the SSO sign on?
