NR5101 NAT not working

Hello,

I have a NR5101, Latest firmware, V1.00(ABVC.9)C0

I can access the internet without problem.

When I set a port forwarding (NAT) toward my LAN-ASUS it is not working. The same configuration is working OK with my old router.

Port Forwarding : Active

Service name : gara1

Start Port : 99

End Port : 99

Translation start port : 99

Translation end port : 99

Server IP address > 192.168.3.xxx (my ASUS)

Protocol : TCP/UDP

Custom port test with https://www.whatsmyip.org/port-scanner/ reports TimeOut

I am obviously missing something…

Any help?

    Thank you very much for coming back.

    In fact I have just found where the problem is; my provider is blocking the NAT TCP/UDP access.

    Time to find another one ;-)

    Hi francisp,

    Can you please check your WAN IP address?

    Is it a private address, e.g. 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255, or 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 or 100.64.0.0 - 100.127.255.255?
