I see a new tab inside Configs in Nebula:

Same thing inside Firmware Updates:

Which are these "Accessories"?

In our latest release, Nebula 18.10, we have introduced support for a new accessory product family. The first device included in this section is our PoE12-3PD. In the Devices > Accessories section, you will be able to access information about these accessories.
