Examine Event Logs: If the client is experiencing DNS failures when connected to the SSID and event logs noted is 'DNS query failed due to DNS timeout from DNS server'. We suggest changing the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and seeing if it resolves the issue.

Steps to Change DNS Settings:

1. If your AP is using static IP

Log in to your access point configuration page.

Navigate to the Site-wide > Devices > Access points > LAN IP > Edit

Change the primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google's public DNS server)

2. If your AP is getting IP from DHCP server

Change the primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google's public DNS server) of your gateway

By changing the DNS server, the client should be able to resolve the DNS failure issue and regain internet connectivity on the SSID.
