[NEBULA] NAP alarm will be triggered even when it's due to NSW schedule

Hey,
I will receive NAP alarm if the NAP goes offline while the schedule is activated. But even when I schedule the NSW port to be off, the alarm will still received. I think the behavior is quite odd due to the result is on schedule not accident.
The alarm mail is not expected when the NAP is offline by NSW schedule. Is there any reason why it acts like this?

Hi Triceratops,
In our current design, it's an expected behavior to receive the alarm report when AP offline even if it is turned off by PoE schedule.
However we do have plans to implement new designs to solve this confusion, the estimated time will be the end of the year.
