Why is the HA Pro synchronization failing on ATP/USG FLEX?
Answer:
Synchronization issues between active and passive devices in HA Pro setups can often be resolved by checking configuration settings. Please follow the steps below:
- Make sure the passive device is reset to its default configuration.
- Disable any customized zones for the heartbeat port (e.g., For USG FLEX 700, set the zone to "none" for the heartbeat port ge12).
- Attempt to run the HA Pro synchronization again.
If issues persist, use the command on the passive device to collect HA sync logs.
