I tried all the solutions offered in the forum, but to no avail

I hope that an update will be released for the application that will solve this problem or find an urgent solution

I have the same issue with android but when i hit advanced and fill in it pops up.

Sometimes i need to hit connect 2 times because it does not connect properly.

I need to do that every time i connect to Air app.

I tried the method you mentioned, but it did not work either. the app is broken and needs a lot of repairs
