Why some AP features not implement even AP is online being managed by controller?

This issue could be due to a discrepancy in firmware versions between new added AP and controller. Here are the steps to resolve this issue:
Update Firmware
- Navigate to Configuration > Wireless > AP Management > Firmware.
- Click the "Check" button to look for available latest firmware updates.
- If an update is available, click the "Renew Frimware" button to download and install it.
Note: Verify that your firewall policy is not blocking DNS queries and TCP sessions needed for the controller to sync with the cloud firmware server. If these settings are correct and the issue persists, download the diagnostic file of controller and contact support for further assistance.
