Question:
What is the password of support account?
Answer:
If the firewall is registered on Nebula but has never been online, you can use the serial number of your device using all capital letters (e.g. S21XXXXXXXXXX). You can find the serial number on the sticker under the device.
If the firewall is online (or has ever been online before) in your Nebula organization, you can find the password in Configure > Site settings > Device configuration.
