NR5103Update Error Brick Changing

Hi my modem nr5103 brick after i upgrade 。I encountered an error while updating. At present, there is no response when plugged in. Please provide a firmware for the modulator from the Zyxel engineer. Or please help me recover. thank you.

May I know what is the original firmware before upgrade, and what is the target firmware that you upgrade to?

The original firmware is NR5103 newest firmware，Update to FWA510 firmware
