We are constantly striving to enhance our services and provide the best possible experience for you. We want to inform you about some upcoming maintenance work.

On August 14th, 2024, from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. (UTC+0), we will conduct a database upgrade to improve our platform's stability and ensure a smooth transition for all our users. We have carefully scheduled this upgrade during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to your daily operations. During this maintenance window, the Zyxel database will be unreachable, leading to the following impacts:

Please rest assured that your device will continue to provide Internet service and will not be affected by this maintenance.

1. Astra service portals will temporarily be unable to provide services.

2. When maintenance is completed, Astra clients will be required to log in again. Please ensure that your Astra service is operating normally.
