Why is the "Gold Security Pack" on my FLEX 200 shown as deferred?

Scenario:

I purchased a "Gold Security Pack" linked to one of my FLEX 200 devices. However, it's shown as "Deferred" on the Zyxel dashboard and doesn't seem to be activated.

Root Cause:

In most cases, this occurs because an existing Nebula Pro 30-day trial/ standard license, or UTM license still has days remaining until expiration. As a result, the Gold Security Pack (GSP) license remains in a deferred status.
