in Service & License FAQ

To link the registered license to on-premises firewall through myZyxel.com, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to "Service Management" > "Unlinked License" and choose the license then click "Link"

2. Once you click "Link", you'll see the pop-up window to choose the device. Please select the device and click "Submit"
