Why Can't I Use My Security Licenses in Nebula?

Question: I purchased Content Filter & Email Security licenses and activated them via MyZyxel, but these licenses are not visible in Nebula. Can these licenses not be used in Nebula?

Answer: The Nebula Control Center (NCC) only supports package licenses like UTM Security or Gold Security Pack(GSP), but not single security service licenses. Single security service licenses are available only for on-premises devices. If you wants security services in Nebula, we recommend considering GSP packages.
