Why the on-cloud device's license is deferred?

In some situation, when the previous license is finished, and the next license still in deferred. This could cause by the sync issue.
We suggest you can wait for a day for the daily sync complete. When the daily sync complete, the license will activated.
If not, please contact Zyxel Support for the help.
