Why Hasn't My Payment Been Received?

Q: I made a payment for my invoice, but it hasn't been received. What should I do?

A: If you're using the wire transfer (T/T) to complete the payment, please check the payment information. Sometimes the payment was sent using outdated wire information which is not for your order.
