I also experienced issues, but only with Apple Devices. They would have handshake issues. "Blocked by key handshake fail". Once disabled, everything started working again.

When an SSID enables MLO in the 6 GHz band, the SSID security will automatically be converted to WPA3-related settings as per specifications. If your Apple devices are IoT devices that don't support WPA3-related security, they will disconnect from the SSID with MLO enabled.

If the Apple devices you mentioned are non-IoT devices such as iPhones, MacBooks, etc., please review the following article to learn how to resolve the "blocked by key handshake fail" issue:
