2.4 Ghz on firmware V7.00(ABYW.2) NWA50AX

I upgraded NWA50AX to firmware V7.00(ABYW.2) and noticed none of the 2.4 Ghz clients can connect to the access point.

Is this a known issue ?

We recently noticed an issue with the 2.4GHz band where, after rebooting the device 2-3 times, the 2.4GHz SSID becomes invisible. Please refer to this post for more details.

how do I collect diagnostic information

I have the issue with a printer that was connected to the access point before the upgrade of the firmware. Now cant connect

The printer status indicates wireless signal not detected. The printer connects on the 2.4 Ghz.

How do I collect this diagnostics
