What is the Minimum Internet Speed setup for SCR 50AXE on Nebula?

For the SCR 50AXE to successfully come online on Nebula, we recommend a WAN speed of at least 10-20 Mbps.  While some users have experienced difficulty at lower speed , upgrading to a higher speed (e.g., 50 Mbps) resolved the issue. Therefore, to ensure a smooth registration and synchronization process, a higher speed connection is advisable.

If users continue to experience issues despite having sufficient speed, they could verify the following:

• Verify that the internet speed is at least 10-20 Mbps.
• Ensure the Ethernet cable between the ISP modem and the SCR 50AXE is functioning.
• Reboot both the ISP modem and the SCR 50AXE.
• Check if the ISP modem has an active internet connection.
• Determine if the disconnection is specific to Nebula or a broader network issue.
