Collaborative Detect & Response - lack of Company name

Hello everyone,

in the last weeks I enabled Collaborative D&R all over my Companies in Nebula but I see a lack of details in the email sent by Zyxel:

As you can see the email is too much generic when you have 2 sites with the same name. It could be really common if you plan to use the name of the City where that site is.

Consider the example with Pordenone (an Italian city):

Company1 and one office in a Site named Pordenone

Company2 and one office in a Site named Pordenone

To have a quick solution it could be sufficient to add the Company name in the object of the email like it happens in other alerts like:

"Alert for [Company1] - VPN connectivity changed"

So the new effective object could be:

"Alert for [Company1] - Collaborative Detect & Response"

that would let you understand quickly the origin of the problem for that specific alert regarding Collaborative Detect & Response

I agree with your point about improving identification in Collaborative Detect & Response email alerts, especially for those managing multiple Nebula organizations. Including the Nebula organization name (Company Name) in the email content would help clarify the alert's source.
