Yes, you can use SNMP to enable/disable the PoE function for the Zyxel PoE switch which supports the SNMP function.

Please use the OID “.1.3.6.1.2.1.105.1.1.1.3.1.x”. x is the port number.

Value 1 for enable and 2 for disable.
