Dear Nebula Users,

We are currently experiencing a service disruption caused by an internet connectivity issue.

Issue Started from:
2024-09-08 00:00 (UTC+0)

Resolved:

2024-09-08 02:10 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:

1. Partial Nebula devices are showing as offline on the NCC due to internet connectivity issues.

Note: This incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services if there is no any configuration change.
