C3510XZ-B1 Router Why can't I forward my ports anymore

Currently using a C3510XZ-B1 router. Came with my unit. I go through quantum fiber. I was able to port forward months ago when I first moved in, no problem. Even just the other day no problem. Now the ports are closed and I cannot seem to open them.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out why. I forwarded ports 80 & 443 on Friday for caddy. Everything was working fine. On Friday night I try to setup sunshine with moonlight and forward all the ports they needed me to. Those do not work it seems, so I try to poke around in the settings on the router. Now I'm finding 80 & 443 which previously were open, also don't work anymore. I factory reset the router today but am finding that the ports still seem to not forward. I otherwise have not changed anything anywhere else and cannot understand what the issue is. If anybody knows what to do please do let me know.
