The AP has been online on Nebula means the firewall rules or ISP allow the communication between AP and Nebula. Normally it will not be blocked if no changes on this part.

If you encounter the offline issue after the device deployed and working for a while, it appears to be related to the AP not being able to communicate with the gateway and can’t reach the internet.

Here are some notable log entries:

Port Speed: The port is up with a link speed of 100M/Full.

NTP Update Failed: This means the AP is unable to sync with the time server, often due to a network issue.

Nebula Connection Failed: The gateway is unreachable.

The root cause could be intranet work issue or might be a cable or port issue.

We suggest trying the following steps:

1. Check the network Topology: ensure if the interface settings between AP and gateway passing the traffic as expected.

2. Change the Network Cable: Swap out the existing cable with a new one to see if the issue is resolved.

3. Check Port Connection: Ensure the port connection is secure and switch ports, if possible.
