Question :
Must I remove the USB drive from the USG Flex H to retrieve the log file?
Answer :
The user can download the log file collected on the USB drive directly from the local Web GUI, which is convenient and does not require removing the USB drive from the firewall. Please navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > System Log > System Log and download the collected log from the USB storage.
