If your firmware status is 'Dedicated' or ‘Costumed’ it indicates that the firmware is customized for specific issues or features and is not the official release, the 'Dedicated' status also stands for you can’t upgrade the firmware due to Nebula back end locked the firmware.
To upgrade to the official version, follow these steps:
1. Contact Support: Reach out to your support team to confirm if your customized firmware solution is included in latest official version and request unlock the dedicated firmware status.
2. Schedule the Upgrade: Once unlocked, arrange a preferred time for the upgrade to the official firmware version.
