Access Point not shifting devices between AP

Hi Peers,

I am not tech savvy so apologies in advance.

I have several AP and have them set up with 1 SSID. The issue I am having is when a device goes out of range of 1 AP it doesn't connect to a stronger AP.

Can you advise how do I correct this?

I have had a look at the setting up wireless roaming and tried to follow the steps but my nebula cloud doesn't look like the pictures. is there an up to date version of the document?

Hello,

I have followed the guide and am I correct in my understanding once I set up the SSID and Password and Add "Tags" to each of the API that I want to set roaming between is all that is required?
