ATP500 random reboot

Good morning I have an ATP 500 with the latest firmware installed V5.39(ABFU.0) that performs random reboot every 3-4 days about.
Fortunately it happens at night or on Sunday, however it happened once during working hours, obviously crashing the entire company network (vlan, connectivity, etc.)
I tried to understand what the problems may be but I did not find anything, anyone had the same problem? Is this firmware problem?

I have a USB memory to save the logs, so I can also keep track of random reboots.

To better understand your issue, could you kindly collect the diagnostic file from your device for further troubleshooting?
