Consistent shared device name across all devices / sections

we have everything setup using Zyxel Nebula series but when we name a device, be it client or AP or Gateway, the name are not shared across. This made investigation extremely difficult to trace

May I know what device has the issue you mentioned? 

For the client devices which are not Nebula devices, the name will be changed after you modify its name in the client pages of NAP/NSW/NSG. However, if you mean the Nebula devices, it's the specification for the naming. When a Nebula device, like NAP, changed the name, the AP's name will not be changed in client pages of NSW/NSG. We already have a plan to enhance about the display of the name in this year.
