Why Security router SCR 50AXE cannot boot up?

If your security router doesn't boot up, please follow these verification steps:
1.Ensure the power adapter is properly connected and functioning.
Try different power outlets if the issue persists.
2.Unplug all Ethernet cables and check if the device can boot up without any cables connected.
3.If the device does not boot up within a short period, please log into the device's local web GUI to collect diagnostic information.

4.Record a video of the device's LED status.
