Problem with registration of device on Nebula. Wrong model of device

Hi.

There was a problem registering the device with Nebula. When entering the MAC and Serial number, the model is determined to be ATP200, although it should be APT800. What could be the problem?

    Update: The issue was solved by correcting the wrong data.
