How to disable Nebula Control Center Discovery on a Switch ?

Hello everyone, I have a ZyXEL GS1920-24 switch.
I have enabled Nebula Management and want to disable it.

Nebula Control Center is on and the button is locked, I can't turn it off.

Do I have to buy the license first to be able to disable NCC?
