FWA710 - Latest firmware slowing download speed

Hi all - I recently upgraded my FWA710 to the latest firmware, v1.18(ACGC.4)C0, and noticed the download speed was slower. I downgraded to v1.18(ACGC.2)C0 which seems to fix the issue.

Has anyone else noticed the same thing with the FWA710 on the latest firmware?

Could you provide more details on how you tested the speed with firmware versions 1.18P2 and V1.18P4?

• Which testing tool did you use?
• Did you use the same SIM card for both tests?
• Can you confirm if the FWA710 was using the same technology (NR5G-SA, NR5G-NSA, or 4G) during both tests?
• Were the number of connected devices and applications in use the same during each test?

Hi Judy - I've already opened a case with support, I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced the same issue.

It's using NR5G-SA with 1x device connected, same SIM card and using nperf & Ookla for the tests.
