FWA510 NR 5G - Keeps disconnecting from 5G

After reading through this thread and reflecting on my own experience, it’s evident that these connection issues with the FWA505 and FWA510 models are widespread, affecting users regardless of their geographic location or mobile network provider.

Despite trying all the recommended fixes, my 5G connection continues to drop intermittently. It’s disappointing to see that, even after so many user reports, Zyxel has not resolved the issue through a firmware update.

Given the persistent problems and lack of effective support, I am seriously considering returning my FWA505 while I still have the option.

Thank you to everyone in this community for sharing your experiences—it has been incredibly helpful in making my decision.
