VoIP incoming problem

Hi, my Zyxel LTE5388 blocks incoming calls, but still detects them. my phone is not ringing, but the call is recorded in the log, and the light is flashing. I use an analog telephone connected to the RJ11 in france. Outgoing calls work well. whats append?
