SCR lic already registered

Hello everyone,

today I added an SCR lic to a Company and the system tells me that is already registered.

I never registered it, at least I think that, so is it possible to know to which accout it is linked?

Is it possible to find a lic among all the Companies I have on Nebula?

Using search bar does not give any result:
