Hello, I've been experiencing a weekly hack on my NAS520 this month. I believe my myZyxelcloud account has been compromised, which is preventing me from regaining control of my NAS. I've attempted to delete and reinstall the app, but it's not recognizing my email address. I've included a screenshot for your reference. Is there anyone who can assist me in recovering my myZyxelcloud account?
