Nebula - Stop emails about next scheduled firmware update

Hello,

Since this morning, I've been receiving regular emails from “info@nebula.zyxel.com” informing me that one or more APs will be receiving an update on a scheduled date.

I have a lot of sites and I receive an e-mail for each site. How can I stop these e-mails?

The emails you're receiving are automated notifications designed to keep you informed of upcoming firmware upgrades on your devices. These notifications are sent if you've configured an auto firmware upgrade under Site-wide > Firmware management > Overview.

Currently, there isn’t a specific option to disable these emails. However, to reduce the volume, you can schedule firmware upgrades across all sites at the organizational level under 💎 Org-wide > Firmware Management. This requires a Nebula Pro/Plus Organization, and using this option will consolidate notifications, so you’ll receive one email per organization rather than one per site.
