Problem connecting this morning

Hi, woke up and checked my nebula app on iPhone and none of my 6 devices are showing, just get an error message. Both switches showing orange light on cloud. The access points are working and getting internet. Can't log in to Nebula online portal as its says "We'll be back soon"
Is this some kind of maintenance issue before I try resetting everything?
