How could I do if the client cannot get the dhcp from security router?
If your end devices are unable to obtain a DHCP IP address from the security router, please follow these verification steps:
1.Unplug the LAN Ethernet cable and then plug it back in, or try using a different Ethernet cable to see if the issue persists.
2.If step 1 does not resolve the issue, try a different LAN port on the security router. This will help determine if the problem is isolated to a specific port or affects all ports.
3.If all ports are experiencing the issue, please press the reset button to allow the security router to reconfigure via Nebula. After rebooting, the device will receive its configuration from the Nebula server. Check if the issue still persists.
4.If the problem remains after the reset, please record a video of the device's LED status.
